Gravity inversion problem is a densiti distrrbution determination in subsurface from a number gravity measurements on the surface. Same of the inversion solution method conducted one of them is linear inversion inversion solution tasted to knowing, How the solution obtained approximated initial model density. The best inversion solution are base on its convergences stability solution and minimum rms. There are 5 liniar inversion method conducted in this research, namelly, simple linear inversion simple weight linier inversion, damping mixed-determination, damping mixed-derermination with priory information and priory weight damping mixed-determination, tested in some of synthetic models. The synthetic models are prism, dipping dyke and horizontal plate created from 3D perpendicular prism models. The result of inuersion depend on design model, input parameter and multiply factor of Lagrange. The mixed-determination linier inversion method is the best method applied the synthetic models. Than the best inversion method obtained applied to time-lapse microgravity data. The time-lapse microgravity data measured from June-November 2007 on Kamojang geothermal field. Microgravity anomaly changes obtained from -200 to 100 microgal. The gravity changes are related to density changes from -0.25 to + 0.30 gram/cc in the 800m depth of the reservoir. Time-lapse microgravity anomaly distribution and density are controlled by place of the production and injection wells. Time-lapse microgravity anomaly distribution is also controlled by rim-structure and faults in BL-TG (N 140"E) and BD-TL (N 60" E) in the Kamojang geothermal field.
