	<meta name="DC.Description" xml:lang="en" content="The background of this research motivated by a rapid of economic growth in both of domestic and international sector in globalization era. This research used descriptive verification method. The population in this research amounted to 100 employees and a sample of 80 respondents used probability sampling with proportional simple random sampling. Data collection was done by using observation, questionnaire, and interview. The result showed that there are partial effect of work environment to work motivation, bonuses to work motivation, and 
leadership style to work motivation, also work environment on employees&#039; performance. There is also a relation between work environment, bonuses, and leadership style

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perekonomian yang semakin pesat di era globalisasi membuat keadaan persaingan bisnis baik di pasar domestik maupun di pasar internasional semakin ketat. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  deskriptif verifikatif  populasi  dalam  penelitian ini berjumlah 100 karyawan. sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 80 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu  probability sampling  dengan proposional  simple random sampling . Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan yaitu observasi, angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat pengaruh 1. Parsial lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja 2. Parsial bonus terhadap motivasi kerja 3. Parsial gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja 4. Hubungan lingkungan kerja, bonus, dan gaya kepemimpinan 5. Parsial lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.      Kata kunci     : lingkungan kerja, bonus, gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja karyawan. "/>
