The population in this research is active students of social sciences at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education year 2015 with the population number of 315 students with a total sample of 76 students. The sampling technique is non probability sampling with purposive sampling. The result showed there was a significant effect of the servqual dimension (tangible, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance) on customer satisfaction of online trasportation GO-JEK of social sciences students, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Lampung University in 2018 by 76.7%.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan ( Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability,  dan  Assurance ) terhadap   Kepuasan Pelanggan Angkutan Ojek  Online  GO-JEK pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa aktif jurusan IPS FKIP Unila angkatan 2015. Sampel responden ditentukan dengan menggunakan tehnik  purposive sampling.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Tehnik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan  ex post facto  dan  survey . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dimensi kualitas pelayanan ( Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability,  dan  Assurance ) terhadap   Kepuasan Pelanggan Angkutan Ojek  Online  GO-JEK pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung.      Kata Kunci :  Dimensi Servqual, GO-JEK, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan "/>
