Abstract
This study aims to determine the level of personality, motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover int3ention, in addition to know the relation between individual charachteristics with the turnover intention as well as influence of personality,motivation,jobsatisfaction, and organizasional commitment on the turn over intertion of harchry purpositively in PT Prima Larvae employees. data collection was carriedout from October to November 2018. The data analysis method use descriptive and verification analysis using multiple regression analysis. the results of this study indicated that the level of motivation and turnover intention in the high category. the individual charachteristics (age an tenure) related to employees intention turnover, but not of thelevel of educationan status marrital. in overall personality, motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment influenced onemployee turnover while partially only job satisfactiomand organisationalcommitment
